About
I am Dr. Adrienn Kovács, a dentist.
For me, dentistry is more than a profession: my father is also a dentist, so I grew up with this mindset, and today I complement the foundations he gave me with modern thinking and up-to-date knowledge.
Many patients come to me with bad past experiences and fear, so my work centers on building trust, clear and honest communication, and striving for pain-free treatment.
I believe the foundation of dental care is prevention, precise work and genuine attention.
My goal is to help ease fears about dentistry, and for my patients to leave the clinic calm, feeling safe, and with a smile.
I received my degree from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Szeged in 2025.

What to expect
Dental care in Buda, District XII. A short overview of what to expect with each treatment.
Fillings
After local anesthesia, we remove the decayed tissue and rebuild the tooth layer by layer with tooth-colored aesthetic material. Finally, we adjust the bite and polish the surface. A filling usually takes one visit.
Root canal treatment
If the dental pulp is inflamed or necrotic, we open the tooth under local anesthesia, then clean and disinfect the root canals. If needed, a medicated dressing follows, and the canals are finally sealed with a permanent root filling. Usually 1–3 visits.
Prosthetics: crowns, bridges, dentures
We prepare the teeth and take an impression or a digital scan. The restoration is made by a dental laboratory, and you receive a temporary one in the meantime. After a try-in and precise fitting, we fix it permanently. Usually 2–4 visits.
Scaling and gum treatment
We remove tartar and plaque with an ultrasonic scaler, polish the tooth surfaces and show you effective home care. In case of gum disease, the root surfaces are cleaned as well. Recommended every six months.
Extractions and oral surgery
After thorough local anesthesia, we remove the tooth gently and give you detailed instructions for the healing period. More complex oral surgery and dental implants are performed together with our oral surgeon colleague.
Cosmetic dentistry
For in-office whitening, we protect the gums and then apply a whitening gel; for home whitening, we make custom trays. Ceramic veneers can lastingly improve the shape and color of your teeth. We always discuss the options individually.
Children's dentistry
For children, a calm and playful first visit matters most. Fissure sealing and enamel strengthening help prevent tooth decay, and baby teeth are treated gently.

Does the treatment hurt?
We perform every procedure under thorough local anesthesia and aim for pain-free treatment. If you feel anxious about the dentist, please let us know: we will explain each step as we go, and we can take a break at any time.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank card, in cash or with a Hungarian health fund card (egészségpénztári kártya).
How much does treatment cost?
Indicative prices are listed in the price list. After the first examination, you receive the exact price as a cost estimate together with your treatment plan, before any treatment begins.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Your ID, your Hungarian social security (TAJ) card if you have one, any previous dental X-rays, and a list of the medications you take regularly.
Do you treat children?
Yes. With children, a patient and playful first visit is especially important, so that going to the dentist starts as a good experience rather than a fearful one.
How often should I see a dentist?
Even without any complaints, a check-up and scaling every six months is recommended. This way, problems can be treated early, more simply and at lower cost.

What if I can't make my appointment?
