Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle the personal data you provide on drkovacsadrienn.hu and when requesting an appointment. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination. The Hungarian version is the authoritative one.

2. What data we process and why
2.1. Appointment requests (form, email, phone)

Please do not include health information (symptoms, conditions, medication) in the form or in emails; we will discuss these at the examination. If treatment takes place, your medical records are handled under Hungarian Act XLVII of 1997 on health data; you will receive separate information about this at the clinic.

3. Cookies, analytics, map
This website does not use cookies and does not track visitors (no Google Analytics, Facebook pixel or similar). Fonts are also served from our own hosting.
The Google Map in the “Getting here” section only loads if you click “Load map”. Google Ireland Limited, as an independent controller, may then receive data from your browser (such as your IP address) and set cookies. See Google’s privacy policy. The Instagram and Facebook links are plain links; no social media plugins are embedded.
4. Processors
Your data is processed on our behalf only by the following provider, within the European Union:

We do not share your data with third parties or transfer it outside the European Union.
5. Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The appointment form does not store data in a database; it only forwards it by email to our password-protected mailbox.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request data portability. Send your request to info@drkovacsadrienn.hu; we reply within one month.
7. Complaints
